RESOLUÇÃO APROVA A EMENDA AO ARTIGO 38.º DOS ESTATUTOS DA ORGANIZAÇÃO MUNDIAL DO TURISMO E A EMENDA AO PARÁGRAFO 12 DAS REGRAS DE FINANCIAMENTO ANEXAS AOS ESTATUTOS DA ORGANIZAÇÃO, QUE FORAM ADOTADAS, EM 1979, NA 3.ª ASSEMBLEIA GERAL DESTA ORGANIZAÇÃO [RESOLUÇÃO 61 (III)], REALIZADA EM TORREMOLINOS

A Assembleia da República resolve, nos termos da alínea i) do artigo 161.º e do n.º 5 do artigo 166.º da Constituição:

Artigo 1.º

Aprovar a Emenda ao Artigo 38.º dos Estatutos da Organização Mundial do Turismo, que foi adotada, em 1979, na 3.ª Assembleia Geral desta Organização (Resolução 61 (III), realizada em Torremolinos, cujo texto, na versão autenticada em língua inglesa e respetiva tradução para língua portuguesa, se publica em anexo.

Artigo 2.º

Aprovar a Emenda ao Parágrafo 12 das Regras de Financiamento, anexas aos Estatutos da Organização Mundial do Turismo, que foi adotada, em 1979, na 3.ª Assembleia Geral desta Organização (Resolução 61 (III)), realizada em Torremolinos, cujo texto, na versão autenticada em língua inglesa e respetiva tradução para língua portuguesa, se publica em anexo.

The General Assembly: Recalling its resolution 46 (II) whereby it approved the principle of introducing Arabic as an official language of the Organization, Having regard to the draft amendment to Article 38 of the Statutes introducing Arabic as an official language of the Organization, as recommended by the Executive Council to the General Assembly in decision 12 (IX), Considering also the recommendation of the Executive Council to the General Assembly in decision 11 (IX) to amend paragraph 12 of the Financing Rules attached to the Statutes to the effect that the amount of contributions decided by the General Assembly is to be communicated to Members six months before the
