ARTICLE 10

DURATION AND TERMINATION

1. The present Agreement shall remain in force for an unlimited period of time.

2. Either Party may, at any time, denounce the present Agreement upon a prior notification in writing

through diplomatic channels.

3. The present Agreement shall terminate six months after the receipt of such notification.

ARTICLE 11

ENTRY INTO FORCE

The present Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the date of receipt of the later of the

notifications, in writing through diplomatic channels, conveying the completion of the internal procedures of

each Party required for that purpose.

ARTICLE 12

REGISTRATION

Upon the entry into force of the present Agreement, the Party in whose territory it is signed shall transmit it

to the Secretariat of the United Nations for registration, in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the

United Nations, and shall notify the other Party of the completion of this procedure as well as of its registration

number.

Done in Tallin on the 1st of June of 2018, in two originals, in the Portuguese, Estonian, and English

languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence of interpretation of this Agreement the

English text shall prevail.

ACORDO ENTRE A REPÚBLICA PORTUGUESA E A REPÚBLICA DE ANGOLA SOBRE ASSISTÊNCIA

ADMINISTRATIVA MÚTUA E COOPERAÇÃO EM MATÉRIA FISCAL, ASSINADO LUANDA, EM 18 DE

SETEMBRO DE 2018

A República Portuguesa e a República de Angola, tendo em vista estabelecer modalidades de assistência

administrativa mútua em matéria fiscal, decidiram celebrar um Acordo sobre Assistência Administrativa Mútua

e Cooperação em Matéria Fiscal.

O presente Acordo destina-se fundamentalmente a possibilitar às Partes um vasto conjunto de

modalidades de assistência administrativa mútua em matéria fiscal, sendo que as suas disposições seguem,

em larga medida, a Convenção Multilateral, adotada pelo Conselho da Europa e da Organização para a

Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Económico, em 25 de janeiro de 1988, alterada pelo Protocolo de 2010.
