ARTICLE 24

REGISTRATION

This Agreement and any amendment thereto shall be registered upon its entry into

force with the International Civil Aviation Organization.

ARTICLE 25

APPLICABILITY OF MULTILATERAL AGREEMENTS AND ARRANGEMENTS

1. In the performance of this Agreement, both Parties shall behave in accordance

with the provisions of the Convention.

2. If a multilateral agreement concerning air transportation comes into force in

respect of both Parties, any inconsistency between the obligations of the Parties

under this Agreement and that other agreement shall be resolved by mutual

agreement.
