a) in the case of a Party that chooses to apply Option A, the list of its Covered Tax Agreements which contain a provision described in paragraph 3, as well as the article and paragraph number

of each such provision;

b) in the case of a Party that chooses to apply Option B, the list of its Covered Tax Agreements which contain a provision described in paragraph 5, as well as the article and paragraph number

of each such provision;

c) in the case of a Party that chooses to apply Option C, the list of its Covered Tax Agreements which contain a provision described in paragraph 7, as well as the article and paragraph number

of each such provision.

An Option shall apply with respect to a provision of a Covered Tax Agreement only where the Party that

has chosen to apply that Option has made such a notification with respect to that provision.
