Host country wilI cover the following expenses:- VI? lounges of Moscow airports upon arrival and departure for members of

parliamentary delegations;- transfer service at arrival in Moscow and departure, transport for events under

the conference program;- hotel accommodation from 3 to 5 December (in case of need) provided in one

offive-star hoteis in Moscow.

The cost of airline tickets is to be covered by participants.

The information and registration desk wili be open in the lobby of the hotel

(tbc) on 3 December 2017, from 8:00 to 22:00. To collect your accreditation badge andconference information and materiais, piease provide an identification document.

Currency: The currency used in Russia is the Russian rubles, which is the only

currency acceptable for payment. Ali major credit cards are accepted in hoteis,restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Cash can be obtained from ATMs or at the nearest

bank.

Insurance: Personal and medical insurance are the responsibility ofthe individual

participant. The State Duma will not be responsible for any loss of luggage, currency or

personal effects, or any medical costs.

Eiectricity: The voltage in Russia is 220 V. European style 2-pin sockets are

used.Time: Moscow time zone is UTC + 3 hours.The average temperature in Moscow in December may vary from about minus

7°C in the daytime to about minus 10°C at night. The snow is possibie.
