or litigation, termination, EDES).

Furthermore, the LCA will organise an annual meeting with the Contracting Authorities in order to collect feedback and share best practices in using the framework contract. In preparation to this meeting, the LCA will also collect information on the actual calendar year consumption of the framework contract from each Contracting Authority.

Each Contracting Authority shall be responsible for answering and managing any possible request from the European Court of Auditors or any other body of auditors that it receives. To this end, each Contracting Authority shall receive and keep a copy of all the documents linked to the joint procurement procedure.

5.2. Management of orders Once the framework contract is signed, its implementation is carried out in a decentralised manner through orders concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.

Each Contracting Authority remains responsible for the award and management of orders that it concludes on the basis of the framework contract.

The responsibility of each Contracting Authority covers: • Respecting the terms of the framework contract when implementing it with orders.• Settling in due course any situation which may hinder the correct implementation of the

framework contract, such as the existence of other contracts with overlapping subjects.• Undertaking not to place any order where the corresponding amount would imply

exceeding the quota allocated without the LCA's prior authorisation.• Reporting to the LCA on the framework contract consumption annually (from 01/01 to

31/12).• Dealing individually with the claims filed by the contractor, so that claims related to its

use of the framework contract do not affect the implementation of the framework contractby other Contracting Authorities.

• Be responsible for compliance with data protection and control requirements andobligations deriving from their contractual relations under this framework contract.

• Making their individual budgetary commitments.• Ensuring follow-up and management of orders.• Meeting payment deadline obligations under the orders within the deadlines.• Managing the contractual relations stemming from orders.• Implementing the orders in respect of the provisions of applicable law.

Each Contracting Authority is solely liable for their obligations stemming from the orders that they have concluded under the framework contract. The LCA will not accept any liability for orders concluded by the PCA.
