h) Logistics and procurement;

i) Armed forces organization within the fields of personnel, administration and logistics;

j) Scientific and military health co-operation;

k) Military education and training of military and civilian personnel;

l) Military exercises;

m) Military history, publications and museums;

n) Military geography, geodesy, meteorology, topography and cartography;

o) Peace, humanitarian and search and rescue operations;

p) Environmental protection in the military locations;

q) Social, sports and cultural activities;

r) Cyber Defence;

s) Military Intelligence Co-operation.

2. The Parties may agree on any other areas of mutual interest within the field of defence, in the ambit of

this Agreement.

ARTICLE 4

FORMS OF CO-OPERATION

1. The co-operation between the Parties shall be carried out through:

a) Official visits and working meetings headed by high representatives of the Parties;

b) Exchange of experience between experts of the Parties in defence areas;

c) Exchange of observers to military exercises;

d) Exchange of technical, technological and industrial information and use of their capacities in areas of

mutual interest, according to the national regulations of the Parties;

e) Meetings of representatives of military institutions;

f) Exchange of lecturers and attendance to courses, seminars, conferences and symposiums organised by

the Parties;

2. The Parties may agree on other forms of co-operation in the scope of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 5

EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT

In order to fulfil the provisions of this Agreement and to implement the co-operation in the areas mentioned in

Article 3 of this Agreement, the Parties may conclude specific implementation agreements, memoranda of

understanding, protocols and arrangements as well as co-operation plans.

ARTICLE 6

FINANCIAL ASPECTS

1. The expenses derived from the implementation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be borne by each

Party in accordance with its respective applicable law.

2. The exchange of delegations of the Parties shall be made on the basis of reciprocity and having regard to

the following provisions:

a) The Sending Party shall bear the expenses for international transportation, accommodation and food and

also those related with daily allowance and other expenditures, such as personal items or communication-

related expenses;
