DELEGAÇÕES E DEPUTAÇÕES DA ASSEMBLEIA DA REPÚBLICA

Relatório elaborado pela Deputada do PSD Maria Manuela Aguiar referente à reunião da Comissão da Assembleia Parlamentar do Conselho da Europa para a Igualdade de Oportunidades de Mulheres e Homens, que teve lugar em Bucareste, Roménia, nos dias 26 e 27 de Maio de 2003

O programa (anexo 1) previsto para a estada em Bucareste foi integralmente cumprido.
Para além de várias intervenções na reunião e nas duas audições incluídas no programa (nomeadamente sobre a preocupante ausência de rostos femininos na condução do "processo de paz" no Iraque-Saddam Hussein e na necessidade de adoptar medidas de discriminação positiva no mercado de trabalho ainda generalizadamente marcado por discriminações salariais e de acesso a postos de direcção, ou pelo condicionamento de discriminações negativas - acções de formação, em certas áreas, consideradas "mais culturais"), apresentei um primeiro esquema de relatório sobre a igualdade das mulheres em matéria de "Estatuto da nacionalidade" que junto, em anexo (anexo 2).
